Never attended USD 352 before
Are transferring from a different district
Attended USD 352 in the past and are now coming back

Immunizations
Returning Student Enrollment
If your student will not be returning to the 24-25 school year, please let us know.
Returning students who have completed 23-24 School Year at USD 352 will receive Snapcodes from Powerschool Support Registration via e-mail
